Finished Primary quests - Guild Wars Forums

Once you finish primary game quests is it then unlocked for the entire account? like if I finish all primary quests in nightfall will I then be able to access all the area's with other characters? Im pretty sure I know the answer but I wanted to make sure.

You will have to go through the campaign with all characters. They aren't all magically available to a new character.
